Software

Output windows

In Find Window of Output windows list of previous searches stays in workspace data if user closes and reopens Output window or winIDEA IDE.

 

Editor window

Added word highlighting. There are 12 predefined colors.

 

Highlight text in Editor:

1. Select text, double click and right-click.

2. Select Highlight 'selected text'. This will mark all occurrences of this word in the document with an unique color.

Remove the highlight: Right-click inside the Editor window and in context menu select Remove all Highlights or Remove Highlight 'selected text'.

 

 

Memory Regions

Command Outside specified regions removed. It blocked internal access to memory-mapped debug registers, and all other buses.

 

SDK

Upgrade of SWIG to version 4.0.1 which introduces backward incompatibility for: 

Java isystem.connect library. The following methods related to C++ standard library were changed:

    - VectorBYTE(int size) changed to VectorBYTE(int size, short initialValue)

    - map::set() renamed to map::put()

    - vector::insert() renamed to vector::add()

    - map::has_key() renamed to map:containsKey()

    - map::empty() renamed to map::isEmpty()

 

CPU Support

Renesas

1. RH850G3M: Added software breakpoints supported on RH850 devices with G3M core and instruction cache.

2. RH850G4: Hardware/Access breakpoints supported: Two breakpoints available in Hardware Breakpoints dialog on RH850/U2 and RH850/E2 devices.

3. F1H/F1KH: Added option to CPU Setup / SoC Advanced dialog to control booting  the cores after Reset, even if the ICUM is enabled.
