FLASH support
Added support for:
- Traveo ll 1M Work/Data FLASH.
IDE
1. Added source to latest online Help in Tools menu / Options / Environment tab / IDE section. By default this option is off.
2. Added Serial FLASH Discoverable Parameters (SFDP) which allows interchangeability between FLASH memory devices from different manufacturers. Configuration of SFDP added to Hardware menu / Options / Programming tab by clicking Add button and select from the drop-down menus Standard - SPI - SFDP. Supporting revisions: 1.0 (JESD216), 1.5 (JESD216A), 1.6. (JESD216B). Revisions are backwards compatible.
