FLASH support

Added QSPI programming support for STM32H750. Pins and clock frequency needs to be configured before programming in winIDEA. Open Hardware menu / <FLASH device> / Configure / FLAGS section / Configuration button to select suitable pin configuration based on MCU data sheet from the drop-down menu. In case of one MCU configure QSPI_BK1.

1. SAM E7x/S7x/V7x: Trace source clock selection dialog removed from CPU Options. Now available as EVE script user argument.

2. CPU option RZ/A1L renamed in Hardware menu / Emulation options / CPU tab in SoC group:

3. Zynq CPU Family (XC7Z010, XC7Z020, XC7Z030, XC7Z045, XC7Z100, XCZU9EG, XCZUxEG) moved to SoC Family in Hardware menu / Emulation options / CPU tab:
