RESET pin section

Added options in the Hardware / CPU Options / Reset / RESET pin section:

•RESET pin connected - Enable/disable the level of the reset pin when the reset line from the target is not connected to the debug connector.

•RESET drive mode None - The reset line is not activated.

Updated support for ARM and V-RISK. Renamed commands in the Help / QEMU menu:

•Install QEMU for ARM to Install for ARM, RISC-V

•Download samples for QEMU ARM to Download samples
