TriCore/Counters and Aurix/Clocks plugin: MCDS and MCDS cycle duration
MCDS was removed from the TriCore/Counters plugin. Analyzer Cycle duration was renamed to the MCDS cycle duration, and moved from the TriCore/Counters to the Aurix/Clocks plugin.
