1.Added: Options Visible to Time constraints which enables you to see time constraint in profiler timeline
2.Changed: Each event have 3 properties: bool, time and value. Previously this properties were automatically selected depending in which formula event was located. Now by default event have property bool selected, and can be overwritten with macro "$".
Existing inspectors are automatically promoted to the never version, when opened with winIDEA 9.17.119 or newer.
